MEET HONNIE

Going to a beach in WA is an experience that lingers with you.
If you are lucky enough to have grown up in Australia,
it will be a part of who you are.
Honnie is drawn to the concept that a seascape can be timeless.  
Her paintings depict a place where time stands still and the viewer can
identify with the scene as if it was yesterday, regardless of when
it was captured.
Through careful study and consideration of the unique colours,
intense sunlight and surrounding landscape, Honnie captures an
essence that identifies her work as uniquely West Australian.
